TASTING NOTES

Expect aromas of fresh strawberries, rose petals, and citrus zest, followed by a bright palate of wild berries, refreshing acidity, and a mineral-driven finish. It’s vibrant, structured, and endlessly drinkable—whether you’re serving seafood on a shaded terrace or raising a toast as the sun dips below the horizon.
"A fresh and elegant nose of cherry stones, subtle nectarines and minerals. Dry but not demanding, with some nice mid-palate flesh and a touch of dried herb character at the end. Pithy, medium-length finish. 85% cabernet sauvignon, 8% syrah and 7% carmenere. Drink now." - James Suckling
Pair it with summer. Pair it with joy. Pair it with everything.
