SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
To further ensure product integrity and compliance, UPS has introduced an updated delivery process for wine shipments. Effective immediately, UPS will make one delivery attempt at the address provided.
If an adult is not available at the time of delivery, the shipment will be securely redirected to a nearby UPS Hold for Pickup location. These locations offer temperature-controlled storage to help maintain the quality of your wine. A UPS driver will leave a door tag with clear pickup instructions, and the package will be held for up to seven calendar days at no additional cost (the package will be sent back to the return address after seven days). If you are in a rural area and the nearest UPS Hold for Pickup location is more than a 10-minute drive, UPS will attempt up to two additional delivery attempts before redirecting the shipment. This ensures added flexibility while still protecting product quality.
For added convenience, any adult (with an ID) whose last name and address match the shipping label may retrieve the package.
This carrier directed policy is designed to enhance delivery security, compliance, and product protection for all wine shipments.
