La Piu Belle Rosé 2025 is the estate rosé of Vina VIK, fruit forward with a dry finish.

Ripe peaches, apricots, and passion fruit lead into a palate that pairs the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the creamy softness of Carmenere, achieved through bâtonnage on native lees. Innovative, complex, and made for long afternoons.

Awarded 94 points by Jeb Dunnuck and a Gold Medal at the Global Travel Retail Masters.

100% Vegan.

The Blend

What's in the glass, and why.

A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Syrah, and 6% Carmenere, La Piu Belle Rose 2025 combines the vibrant structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, the breadth of Syrah, and the creamy softness of Carmenere, achieved through batonnage on native lees. Certified vegan under the V-Label program.

Terroir

Where the ground does the work.

La Piu Belle Rose 2025 is born from a combination of distinct terroirs in the valley. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Cerro al Medio, grown in deep piedmont soils with a clay-loam texture enriched by high-altitude granite. The Carmenere develops in Los Mineros, in colluvial soils with high sand content that favor drainage and polished tannins, while the Syrah draws from both Los Mineros and Feria. Granite, andesite with basalts and silica, and monzogranite with quartz give the wine an elegant minerality on both the palate and the nose.

Barroir

How time shapes the wine.

Nineteen percent of the blend was refined in French oak barrels with a delicate batonnage, adding complexity and volume. The entire harvest was aged in the Circular Barrels of the estate's Circular Crafted Barroir project.

Vintage

What the year gave.

Harvested early and pressed gently, the 2025 vintage captures the valley at its freshest. It arrived to immediate recognition, with 94 points from Jeb Dunnuck and medals on two continents within a year of release.

Pairings

What to put beside it.

The estate's own pairings say it best: toast with smoked salmon, ricotta, and olive oil, poached lobster with beurre blanc, or paella. La Piu Belle Rose 2025 is the bottle for long afternoons that turn into dinner.
