The Blend

What's in the glass, and why.

A blend of 74% Cabernet Franc, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Carmenere, STONEVIK 2024 is the Ultimate Natural Wine, created in nature by nature. Pure estate fruit grown under holistic, organic, and biodynamic practices, limited to 14,000 bottles.

Terroir

Where the ground does the work.

STONEVIK 2024 is grown in Millahue in the Cachapoal Valley on deep, porous decomposed granitic soil. The amphoras that raise it are semi-buried in the mountaintop La Robleria forest, protected by towering oak trees, where the wine yields to the wisdom of the forest itself.

Barroir

How time shapes the wine.

The grapes are fermented in native VIK toasted oak barrels for one moon, then aged in fourteen handmade native VIK clay amphoras, seven for the Universe and seven for the Earth, aligned according to astronomical principles around a mandala in a natural electromagnetic energy field. Each summer solstice, nature gives back a pure and exceptional wine.

Vintage

What the year gave.

The 2024 solstice release carried the strongest reviews in STONEVIK's young history, with matching 98s from James Suckling and Gilbert & Gaillard. Each vintage is a single expression of one year in the La Robleria forest, never repeated.

Pairings

What to put beside it.

STONEVIK 2024 wants food with the same earth in it. Mushroom dishes of every kind, herb-roasted vegetables, aged cheeses, and grilled meats off a wood fire all meet the wine where it lives.
